Passionflower and valerian are the nervous system’s slow hands, traditionally used to quiet an overwound mind and settle the body toward sleep. Lemon balm softens the edges, and lemon peel keeps the cup bright against the earthier herbs. Butterfly pea gives it a deep blue color that shifts toward violet as it meets the lemon.

Expect a floral, earthy cup with a citrus lift and a faint valerian depth.
