Shadowroot Smoke Blend

Mugwort carries this blend, the same plant that's carried dreaming and dusk-work across generations before it ever grew in a cultivated bed. Artemisia vulgaris — one of the oldest plants tied to lucid, rememberable dreaming, the kind people used to smoke or steep before sleep specifically so morning wouldn't erase the night.

Mullein — Verbascum thapsus — sits underneath, lung-loving and mellow, the reason this blend stays smooth going down instead of harsh. Skullcap, Scutellaria lateriflora, unwinds what's wound too tight. Lemon thyme cuts bright and clean through the mugwort's weight, and rose petals soften the burn at the edges — sweetness where you'd expect only smoke.

How to use: Roll it, pack it, or burn it loose in a fire-safe dish as incense.
