Chamomile settles what's overwound — not sedation, just permission to stop bracing for a second. Comfrey root does its knitbone work here too, but quieter: soothing tired tissue instead of mending broken skin. Red cedar is the heavy one, the grounding note — the kind of smell that puts you back in your body the same way standing under an actual cedar does. Lavender closes it, same as it closes most things around here.

Set in beeswax, shea, and sweet almond oil, thick enough to work slow into a tense shoulder without disappearing in ten seconds. This isn't a self-care product. It's a balm for the physical weight that stress actually leaves behind — the tight hands, the clenched jaw, the body that's been running hot long after everyone else stopped noticing.
