Digestive Bitters
Digestive Bitters Blend
Bitters are one of the oldest tricks in the digestive tradition — a few drops before a meal to wake the whole system up before the first bite even lands. Yellow dock root and dandelion root both carry deep bitter profiles, the kind that stimulate digestive function simply by being bitter enough to notice. Burdock joins them, a root long used to support the body's own systems of clearing and renewal.
Extracted in vodka, the way bitters have always been made — straightforward, potent, and meant to be used in small amounts rather than diluted into something easier to drink.
How to use: 1–2 dropperfuls in a small amount of water, 15–20 minutes before meals. Do not sweeten — the bitterness is the point.
Ingredients: Yellow dock root (Rumex crispus), dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale), burdock root (Arctium lappa), vodka (alcohol).
Cautions: Not for use during pregnancy. Avoid with active gastric ulcers. Consult a qualified practitioner if on regular medication. Keep out of reach of children.
