Rosemary's old name is the herb of remembrance — planted at graves, woven into wedding wreaths, tucked into pillows to keep the mind sharp. Somewhere along the way, that same plant became one of the most trusted herbs in folk hair care too, the one people reached for when hair felt thin, tired, or like it had simply stopped trying.

Infused slow in olive and castor oil until it turns deep green-gold, this is a working oil, not a finishing product. Castor oil's thick and rich, meant to sit and do its work; olive oil carries it through the hair without weighing it down. Traditional use ties rosemary to a healthier scalp and stronger-feeling hair over time — the old thinking being that a plant tied to memory might just help hair remember how to grow.

Ingredients: Rosemary (Salvia rosmarinus), olive oil, castor oil.

How to use: Massage a few drops into the scalp and hair ends before washing, or leave in overnight as a deep-conditioning treatment. Use sparingly on damp hair to tame frizz and add shine.
